Services
From a specification to a shipment
Silavis is a trading and sourcing company. We do not manufacture. What we do is find the right production partner, pin the specification down in writing, verify what documentation the product actually has, and coordinate the inspection and export.

What we do
- Product sourcingYou describe what you need; we go to the supply base, confirm the specification in writing, and tell you what documentation the product actually has before you commit.
- OEM and packaging coordinationLogo, colour, packaging format, barcode and manual. We coordinate with the production partner and manage the proof approval cycle, because these choices change MOQ and lead time.
- Quality inspection and export supportPre-shipment inspection, or third-party inspection where you prefer it, plus commercial documents and shipping coordination. We assist with the paperwork; import approval in your country is yours to confirm.
What we will and will not claim
This is the part most suppliers leave vague, and it is the part that decides whether you can rely on us. Here is the line we hold.
- Manufacturing partners, not our own plantsWe coordinate with selected manufacturing partners. We do not own or operate factories.
- Documentation per model and marketCompliance documents are confirmed by model and destination market. We do not claim certification coverage that a report does not state.
- Lead time confirmed, never promisedLead time is confirmed once specifications and quantity are finalized, because both change it.
- Documentation assistance, not import approvalWe assist with export documentation and shipping coordination. We cannot guarantee import approval in your country — that depends on your regulator and your product.
How an order actually goes
- Step 1:Submit requirementsProduct, quantity, destination market, and any customization you already know you need.
- Step 2:Product matchingWe screen options from supplyable products and partner resources against what you specified.
- Step 3:Quotation and samplesYou get a quotation range, and we coordinate sample confirmation where a sample makes sense.
- Step 4:Order confirmationSpecifications, packaging, lead time and trade terms are fixed in writing before anything is produced.
- Step 5:Quality checkPre-shipment inspection, or third-party inspection arranged as agreed.
- Step 6:Shipping coordinationCommercial documents prepared, and cooperation with logistics and the export process.
What we need before we can quote
The more of this you have, the more accurate the first quote will be. Nothing below is mandatory to send an enquiry — it just reduces the number of round trips.
- What the product isA model, a link, or reference images. A rough description is enough to start.
- How muchEstimated quantity. MOQ moves with model, customization and packaging, so an order of magnitude is useful.
- Where it is goingTarget country or region, and if you have one, a target lead time.
- CustomizationLogo, colour, packaging, barcode or manual — or none of these, if you are buying standard.
- Non-negotiable requirementsAny specification, test or document that MUST be met. These decide whether a product is even eligible.
- Samples and trade termsWhether you need samples first, preferred shipping method, and the trade terms you can work with.
Before you enquire
Vaporizer products are intended for adults of legal age in the market where they are sold, and importing them is restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions. We decline enquiries from buyers who cannot confirm they are of legal age where they are located, and we will not route around a destination market's rules.
Next step
Tell us what you need to source
Send your product, quantity, destination market and any customisation requirements. We review the details and reply within one business day.
- Silavis supplies products to business customers. We do not sell to consumers and this site is not a retail store.
- Products are selected from manufacturing partners. We are a trading and sourcing company, not a manufacturer.
- Compliance documents are confirmed per model and per destination market. Buyers are responsible for verifying local import, registration, labelling and sales requirements.
