Compliance Notice

Last updated 6 October 2026 · Shenzhen Silavis Technology Co., Ltd.

1. Our role, stated plainly

Shenzhen Silavis Technology Co., Ltd. is a trading and sourcing company based in Shenzhen. We do not manufacture the products listed on this site.

We source from qualified partner factories, confirm the specification in writing, verify what documentation a product actually has, and handle export. Where a product page names a brand or identifies a production partner, that is the partner's name and the basis on which we use it.

We state this prominently because suppliers who obscure their role make it impossible for a buyer to know who is actually liable when something is wrong with a product. That is a problem for the buyer, not just for us.

2. What we check before publishing

We do not claim to manufacture

Shenzhen Silavis Technology Co., Ltd. is a trading and sourcing company. Product pages never name us as the manufacturer, and our own name is on an internal blocklist that treats a product attributed to us as unpublishable. That blocklist is implemented in code but is not yet wired to anything: this site has no publishing interface yet, so nothing invokes it at publish time. It is a rule in the codebase, not a control in force, and we are not going to describe it as one until it is called.

Third-party trademarks need recorded authorization

Where a product page displays a third-party brand, we record the authorization we hold for that brand before the page can go live. Where we have no authorization, the trademark is omitted from the page rather than displayed and qualified in small print.

Product imagery has to be ours to use

Product images are only published once we can account for where they came from. An image whose rights we cannot establish is not shown, even when the product itself is available — a missing photo is an inconvenience, an unlicensed one is a liability.

How country restrictions are handled

We hold a country restriction list, and it is currently empty, so the server refuses no destination and no enquiry from anywhere is rejected on country grounds. An empty list is the permissive default for a company selling regulated hardware, and we would rather publish that fact than imply a control we are not running. Populating it with a reviewed position for each market is a pre-launch task.

Documents are shown with their date and scope

Certification and test documents are published with the date and scope they actually cover. A report that covers one model does not become evidence for a different model because the page needed one.

3. Age restrictions

Vaporizer hardware is intended for adults of legal age in the market where it is sold. We do not sell to minors, and we decline enquiries from buyers who cannot confirm they are of legal age where they are located.

The minimum age differs between markets. We apply the age requirement of the destination country rather than a single figure for the whole site.

4. Destination markets

We currently supply the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France and Germany. We consider other destinations on request, subject to the regulatory status of the product in the destination country.

We do not attempt to route around a destination market's rules and we will not ask you to misdescribe a destination on an order.

5. Tobacco Product Directive

The EU Tobacco Product Directive and its implementing acts govern the manufacture, presentation and sale of electronic cigarettes in the European Union. Requirements differ by member state and include notification, ingredient and emissions reporting, health warnings, packaging and capacity limits.

We do not assess these requirements for you. Before ordering into an EU member state, you must establish that your specific product and your specific route to market comply there.

Directive text: EUR-Lex, Directive 2014/40/EU

6. Raising a concern

If you believe a product page on this site misrepresents a product, a trademark, or a document, tell us and we will look at it.

Write to info@silavis.com with "Compliance" in the subject line. We will acknowledge it within five business days.

7. The limits of this notice

This notice describes how Silavis handles the information on this site. It is not a legal opinion on the status of any product in any jurisdiction, and it has not been reviewed by a qualified regulatory adviser. The open items marked in the source are real gaps, listed here rather than hidden: in particular the destination restriction list needs to be populated with a reviewed position for each market before launch.
