1. Scope

This policy covers personal data you submit through the quote request form on this website. It does not cover data held by third parties you deal with directly, such as the manufacturer whose product you are enquiring about.

Shenzhen Silavis Technology Co., Ltd. is the data controller for the data described in this policy. We are a trading and sourcing company; we do not manufacture the products shown on this site.

2. What we collect

Only what the form asks for:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company name, if you provide one
• Your country or region
• Your message, including any specification you describe
• Any customization options you select
• Any file you attach (PDF, image, or office document, up to 10 MB)
• The page you submitted from, so we know which product prompted the enquiry

We do not ask for, and there is no field on the form for, payment card details, national identification numbers, or health data. If your message or an attachment happens to contain such information, we will delete it — please do not send it in the first place.

Our hosting provider also records standard technical request data (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, browser identifier) for security and troubleshooting.

3. Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare and send you a quotation, and — if you go on to place an order — to handle that order, including shipping and customs documentation. We also read enquiries to work out which products to list, which is our legitimate interest in improving the site.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. How long we keep it

The system does not currently distinguish an enquiry that becomes an order from one that does not, so every enquiry is handled the same way and a separate retention period for orders is not in effect.

5. Who we share it with

We share enquiry data only with the service providers that run this website, and — where an order proceeds — with the shipping and customs providers the order requires.

• Cloudflare — Hosting, CDN, DNS, D1 database, R2 file storage, transactional email
  Receives: Everything submitted to this site, including IP address and request metadata in server logs
  Location: Global edge network
• Resend — Transactional email delivery for enquiry notifications and confirmations
  Receives: Recipient address, message body, and any attachment you send with an enquiry
  Location: United States

6. Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

Write to info@silavis.com with "Data request" in the subject line. We will deal with it within thirty days.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or why, we will update this page and change the last-updated date at the top. Material changes affecting existing enquiries will be notified by email.
