3. Product information is not regulatory advice

We do not sell to businesses that resell to minors, and we may decline or cancel any order where we cannot establish that the destination is lawful.

5. Prices and quotations

This site publishes no prices. Every quotation is issued in writing and is specific to a model, a quantity, a packaging option, and a destination market. A quotation is an offer to supply on the terms it states, valid for the period stated on it, and it may be withdrawn if the underlying cost or availability changes before you accept it.

6. Specifications and availability

Published specifications are supplied in good faith from the information available to us, but they are not a contractual specification. The specification that binds both parties is the one confirmed in writing before your order is accepted. Where a published figure conflicts with a written confirmation, the written confirmation prevails.
