Frequently asked questions
The questions buyers ask before a first order. Where the honest answer is “I do not know” or “it depends”, that is what it says.
About us
No. Shenzhen Silavis Technology Co., Ltd. is a trading and sourcing company. We do not own factories and we do not manufacture the products on this site. Our role is to find the right production partner, confirm the specification in writing, check what documentation a product actually has, and coordinate inspection and export.
Shenzhen, China. Visits are by appointment. Because we are a trading company rather than a manufacturer, there is no factory of ours to tour.
We currently focus on the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France and Germany, and consider other destinations on request. Whether a specific product may be imported into your country is a separate question from whether we can ship it, and we raise it before you commit.
Products and pricing
No. Price depends on the model, the quantity, the packaging and the destination market, and a published number would be wrong for most enquiries. Every quotation is issued in writing against a specific requirement.
Because a verbal understanding is not something either side can be held to. The written specification is what production is measured against and what an inspection is judged against. If something is not in that document, treat it as not agreed.
Usually, yes — it is often the reason for asking. Describe what you need and we will tell you whether it is sourceable and what the constraints are. We would rather say a specification is not achievable now than after you have paid.
No, and we do not claim they are. Documentation is confirmed per model and per destination market. On any quotation we will tell you what documentation exists for that specific product, and where something is not available you will know before you order.
Where a product page names a brand or a production partner, that is the partner, and we hold a recorded authorization for that specific use. We never name ourselves as the manufacturer, and that rule is enforced on our side too — our own name is on a blocklist that prevents any product being published while attributed to us.
Orders, MOQ and lead time
It varies by model, customization and packaging format, because each adds setup cost that is spread over the run. MOQ is quoted per enquiry rather than published, because a single published figure would be wrong for most requests. If a MOQ is higher than you expected, packaging is usually the lever.
Lead time is confirmed once specifications and quantity are finalized, not before, because both change it. We do not quote a fixed number of days for every order. If you have a launch date, tell us at enquiry stage — it changes what we recommend.
Yes. Ask for it in your enquiry and it will be quoted separately from volume pricing. Sample cost and shipping are normally paid by the buyer, and express shipping is usually the sensible choice for samples.
Tell us what you can work with at enquiry stage — that is more useful than assuming. We will tell you which terms are feasible for your order and volume rather than quoting a term that later proves impractical.
We are a trading company, so there is no factory of ours to visit. If a visit to the production partner matters to your decision — for compliance reasons, for instance — tell us and we will arrange it through the supplier and tell you what we can about the site.
Compliance and destinations
That is a question for your regulator, not for us. Vaporizer rules differ by market and change often, and importing into a prohibited market is your responsibility. We will tell you if we have direct knowledge that a product is problematic where you are; we will not give you legal advice or promise an outcome.
No, and we would be wary of a supplier who said so. Import approval is your regulator's decision, made on facts we cannot see. What we commit to is that our documentation is correct and internally consistent.
No. This is a B2B site for importers, wholesalers and brand owners. These products are intended for adults of legal age in the market where they are sold, and we do not supply to consumers or to anyone who cannot confirm they are of legal age where they are.
That is a defect, and it is handled as one. Pre-shipment inspection is how you find it before it ships; after arrival the remedy depends on the contract terms fixed at order confirmation, which is why those terms are agreed before production rather than after.
Enquiries and next steps
Enquiries are answered within one business day, Monday to Saturday, 09:00–20:00 GMT+8. Enquiries received outside those hours are answered the next working day. A complex sourcing request takes longer to quote properly, and we will tell you that rather than rush a number.
No. An order is only accepted when we confirm it in writing, at which point price, lead time, payment terms and delivery terms are fixed. A quotation is an offer to supply on the terms it states.
The model or specification, the quantity, and the destination country. Add a target lead time, any customization you know you need, and anything non-negotiable. A photo of the product is more useful than a paragraph describing it.
It is stored so we can answer you, and it is used to answer you. See the Privacy Policy for the specifics, including what our hosting provider logs and how long we keep enquiries.
Not answered here?
Ask directly. We would rather answer a question that is awkward than leave it on a page that sounds complete. Email info@silavis.com or use the quote request form, which captures the model and quantity in a way an email usually does not.
More procurement background is on the resources page, and how we work is set out on the services index.

- Silavis supplies products to business customers. We do not sell to consumers and this site is not a retail store.
